I found out I struggled with social anxiety roughly a year ago. That was huge for me, not only because I finally could give a name to that “heavy awkwardness” but also because I had just recently started taking my personal growth work more seriously and I decided to do an experiment: would personal growth work with my social anxiety? You don’t have to suffer from social anxiety to benefit from this episode tough.
